Introducing Ms. Mary Fouse!
Hello, there! My name is Mary Fouse, and I am your child's third grade teacher this year! I am very excited to have you aboard; we're in for a truly fantastic year!
I earned my Bachelor's of Education at Athens State University, a very high-ranked school for future educators. I am originally from southwest Oklahoma, but call Alabama home as well. I have a deep passion for knowledge and learning in all major subjects, especially the animal kingdom!
As an educator, I hold fast to the idea that children learn by doing. I also believe that children are the best constructors of their own learning and that my role is to facilitate and provide the best environment for said learning to take place.
